Im always confuse with my action towards people and even with myself. most of people think that Im an ego person but I love to communicate with people and sometimes I became over friendly with them which I think is one of the reason why they annoy with me. and I do have some of routines that I must do repeatedly everyday. do I have an asperger disease?

The only way to be sure is to be evaluated by a psychologist or psychiatrist who is experienced in autism spectrum disorders. Your doctor can probably refer you to someone. Anything other than a professional assessment is a guess or indication, not a diagnosis.
