I can be awkward in social situations, and meeting new people. I spend a lot of time alone, and I think about my problems a lot and what makes me feel or think this way. I like the company of close friends, although I haven't socialized that much in quite a long time. I worry that my 'lonely' ways isolate me from my friends or meeting other people but it's how I'm comfortable most of the time. I find it difficult to express myself a lot of the time, and I often find myself uncomfortable making eye contact with people because I feel that they can sense that I'm not much good socially. I think I can difficulties adjusting to new, unfamiliar situations, so I always look for comfort. I struggle to concentrate on most things too (It's not that I'm stupid but I find work and other things that require concentrate hard). I get alot of headaches and even dizziness from trying to concentrate or from other challenging things. Basically, I don't know how to overcome my social and cognitive difficulties and still have that comfort zone that I often feel when I'm by myself.

I suggest you reflect on your past. Was there any event or many events that conditioned you as a child to be this way ? If there is, then examine the event further. Did you do something wrong ? Something embarrasing ? You will probably realize, that you have only been trapped by your own beliefs. If not, then there is nothing to be worried about. Whatever you do , you should always be at peace of mind. I have a blog about meditation and spiritual growth, and im happy to help people.

Firstly u need some self confidence. Do NOT think that ur inferior to others ever. id suggest u to se a therapist. u need someone to talk to and u can start with a therapist. Do not isolate urself from others. we all need company, need someone to share our thoughts, our feelings. start staying with ppl you know well like a cousin or a close friend someone u really trust. if u find difficult to talk to others, practice. we all do the mirror speech. Just try to say what u think and not hide. being invisible to others hurts so try to go in middle of them. im sure theres gonna be at least someone who will appreciate u. give ppl the chance to know u. good luck

O.0 You sound a lot like me. I have SAD (social anxiety disorder) and a bit of depression from that. I don't think you have asperger's. Have you seen a doctor about any of this? I think you should. They can help you overcome your anxiety, and your headaches. I hope you get help soon! :) I know how you feel... and it sucks! I still haven't fixed my problem yet, but i'm working on it!
