Is it possible aspergers symptoms can get worse?
over the last 3 or 4 months, i feel my aspergers is getting worse. i am finding expressing myself is harder and my words dont come out my mouth as easily as they once did. im getting extreemly frustrated with it. i am also finding my colour sensitivity is getting worse and is giving me more headaches when i see certin colours. i was only diagnosed a year and a half ago. is this really happening or is it just in my head?let me just add. i have a true diagnoses of A.S. for that reason i have been asigned a support worker who i am in regualr contact with. but i dont want her to think that i am imaging it. i also have a diagnoses of borderline personalty disorder. i do not take meds anymore, i have been off them for a bout a year. i do feel a bit depressed, and have wanted to cut myself again recently. i havent for over a year and my arms are clearing up concidering the amount of scars . i have also completed 2 years of therapy with a senour consaltunt psychologist as a out patient at a psk hospital. i am reasonably high functioning. i have car which i drive, i am a full time student and hold down a job.

How can I make my aspergers symptoms less severe?
I was diagnosed with asperger's syndrome high functioning autism at age 3. I don't really have any sensitivities to sound or light but making friends is difficult. I have a few good friends but I'm always the more quiet one in the group if me and 2 other people are hanging out for example. Small talk is becoming a bit easier and so is eye contact because I'm practicing them on a website called omegle which is a place where you have a web cam and you talk to different strangers. I want to know if there are any dietary improvements or ways I can make the symptoms just about unnoticeable?
