16 month old autism treatment? Desperate!?
My daughter is displaying all the red flags for autism at her age ...I wen to see the doctor today who says we need to write down her behavior and come back in 2 weeks. She will be 17 months on the 25th September and I have read that if treatment is given before 18 months of age, the progression can be halted or even reversed. I think its going to take longer than that to be even be seen by a specialist let alone be diagnosed...I just want to do all I can now in the small window I have. Please advise on treatments I can start right now with her...very desperate. My heart is breaking please help.
