Question: How to help a kid with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, anxiety attacks,?

Not aware of his surrounding, low confidence. i think he needs to opens to open his sense

A good first step would be to be his friend. Encourage him to talk to you. If he is not receiving treatment for his learning disability, attention deficit and anxiety, let him know there is treatment out there that can make things easier for him. Good Luck.
