Question: How is the loss of social skills (negative symptom) addressed in psychosocial treatment of psychotic disorder?

This will ultimately come down to how services are oriented where you live. In many cases there is no intervention offered for the negative features as they tend to 'demand' less attention. When thinking about the negative effects of psychosis (it's nice to see you using the word correctly here) we should think more broadly than just the loss of social skills. There are occupational losses (including vocation, recreational, educational, social, etc.), intellectual losses, affective losses, relational losses. Many of these are quite normal response to such extraordinary experiences. Some common interventions include occupational therapy, scheduled physical activity, social skills individual or group therapy. Ultimately the best interventions will include psycho, pharmacological, occupational, and physical therapy coordinated in a good multidisciplinary team.
