Question: What does dr.scholls products mean by 2 treatments?

I was currently using the Dr. Scholls Small Corn Removers. Every two days(48 hours) I would change it for up to 14 days as directed. I saw it removing layers of skin on the corn every now and then but now my corns just look flatter, but are still there. I want to know what does the 2 treatments mean? And should I keep using it or try something else?
